Bottlehouse Foods is a specialty food producer, exclusive co-packer , and consultant to the food industry. We work for local farmers and business owners alike. Created by Terry & Lisa Harwood, the Chef-Owners of Vine Street Café and Cove Hollow Tavern, our goal is to provide you with a unique selection of superior quality, locally made products; from chutneys to spice blends to restaurant inspired shelf-stable sauces. We take a Chef’s approach to everything that we do. All of our products are made on Shelter Island by hand in small batches.

We are proud to announce that Taste NY is now carrying our entire sauce line at the Welcome to Long Island Rest Stop on the Long Island Expressway located at Exit 51 & 52.
